Avoid North Shore Landing : Bad vacation Spot

If you want to enjoy your trip to Virginia Beach, avoid North Shore Landing. I drove 6 hours to get there and found that it isn't even in Virginia Beach. Their website looks MUCH nicer than the reality of this campground. Do yourself a favor and camp at KOA or Holiday. Both are near the Virginia Beach Aquarium.
They require a deposit that they keep even if you don't stay. Worst mosquito infested night I've had in a long while.
The staff are very inconsiderate too. I called ahead right before we left to drive down. No one said anything about a night box for after hours entry. We got there at 11:30pm, sleep in the parking lot outside the locked gate and were charged for the night. Save your money and don't book here!
